Our team includes 13 vets, a 15‑strong nursing team (RVNs, SVNs and ACAs), and 15 dedicated support colleagues. We work across a range of shift patterns designed to protect work–life balance. Our location offers the best of both worlds — Snowdonia National Park for outdoor adventure, and easy access to Manchester and Liverpool for city life. How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Client Care team member you’ll play a key role in shaping each client’s experience with us. You’ll combine excellent client care standards with clear communication, empathy, and reassurance — ensuring owners feel informed, supported, and confident in the care their pets receive. You’ll work closely with our wider team, and help us continually improve the client journey. This is a full‑time role at 40 hours per week, with weekend work on a rota with other team members.
