We are looking to recruit an RVN to join our wonderful team at Lynton Veterinary Group on a full time, permanent basis. We are a long-established, Small Animal Veterinary Group based in Woking, Bagshot, and Addlestone. As a progressive practice, we recently relocated to our brand new, purpose-built practice in Woking, and continue to invest to refurbish and equip our other 2 practices to the same high standard. We also have a purpose-built grooming salon at our main site. How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences. You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice.

The working week will be 30-40 hours: 4-5 days a week, 1 in 4 Saturdays 08:00 - 16:30 with a day off in lieu, with no OOH.

The day-to-day duties will include:

  • Assisting our Veterinary Surgeons in theatre and consultations
  • Responsibility for inpatient care
  • Assisting with patient admits and discharges
  • Carrying out nurse consultations
