We are a general first opinion practice and have all the essential equipment including x-ray, dental x-ray, and ultrasound, allowing us to provide a wide range of services.
How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience at every interaction. You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications, and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey. This is a part-time maternity cover position working 18 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7:45am and 7:30pm, alongside participation in some Saturday morning shifts. We are also happy to discuss flexible working requests and alternative part-time hours. There is no requirement to work out-of-hours (OOH) or Sundays as part of this role.
