How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Referral Veterinary Clinician in Anaesthesia, you will play a central role in supporting a wide range of complex cases within a busy multidisciplinary referral hospital. You’ll work closely with clinicians across multiple disciplines to deliver safe, high-quality anaesthesia and analgesia, contributing to excellent patient outcomes and a positive client experience. This position is initially being offered on a fixed-term basis, with flexibility around working pattern and strong potential for longer-term opportunities within the team. We are ideally seeking someone to work 3 days per week initially, although full-time applicants are also encouraged to apply. As the team structure evolves following maternity leave arrangements, there may be scope for the role to develop further in both duration and hours. Additional shifts may also become available at times to support service demand.

- Delivering high standards of anaesthesia and peri-operative care across a varied referral caseload
- Working collaboratively with Surgery, ECC, Imaging, Internal Medicine and other services
- Supporting the development of anaesthesia protocols and clinical standards

Working Pattern
