How You’ll Make a Difference

We are committed to providing a high level of service to our clients and you will become part of our experienced and dynamic team. Most of your time will be spent on farm locations across Staffordshire and Derbyshire with administration being carried out at our practice in Uttoxeter. A true passion for the farm sector and ability to build strong bonds with our farming clients is essential to be successful in this role. This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week and will include working Saturdays on a rota basis.

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, cheerful and have effective and confident communication skills. Attention to detail must be high and full training will be provided.

  • Minimum requirements:
  • At least 3 GCSEs or equivalent in Maths, English and a Science subject or Food Production
  • Full Driving License
  • Previous livestock experience is advantageous, though not essential, as full training will be provided
  • Candidate must be able to be flexible with their working hours with the potential for some early starts
