Ivc is seeking a Client Care Advisor in Stoke-on-Trent for our Lime Trees team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will ensure a welcoming and professional experience while handling various responsibilities such as scheduling appointments and addressing client inquiries.

We offer 6.6 weeks' annual leave, enhanced family-friendly policies, and ongoing development opportunities. The role is full-time at 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule including 1 in 4 Saturday shifts for a 12-month maternity cover.
