We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Easter Ross Vets on a full-time basis. Easter Ross Vets is well-equipped with modern diagnostic and treatment facilities, enabling us to care for a wide range of cases efficiently and compassionately. From routine check-ups to emergency presentations, we treat every patient as if they were our own. We continually strive for improvement and value client feedback to ensure we’re providing the best service possible. Our emergency care is supported 24/7 through our partnership with Highland Vet Emergencies.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences. You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice. You’ll work 40 hours per week across 4 or 5 days, with no out-of-hours or on-call duties. At present there are no weekend shifts, though these may be introduced in the future.

General responsibilities include:

  • Nurse clinics
  • Inpatient Care
  • Theatre and anaesthesia support
  • Dispensary duties
