Are you a highly organised Programme Manager who thrives on bringing structure, coordination and momentum to complex projects? We're looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join our Compliance function on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Working closely with the Chief Compliance Officer and senior stakeholders across the business, you'll play a key role in driving a portfolio of strategic compliance and regulatory initiatives across an international organisation, and enhancing the operations of the Compliance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple workstreams, influencing stakeholders at all levels and turning complex information into clear, actionable plans and executive-level reporting.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing project and programme management expertise across a range of compliance initiatives, helping ensure projects are delivered effectively and on time.
- Leading and coordinating multiple compliance-related projects and workstreams simultaneously.
- Developing and maintaining project plans, governance frameworks, milestones and reporting.
- Managing stakeholders across different business functions and international markets.
- Tracking progress, identifying risks and ensuring actions are delivered.
- Embedding project management best practice and discipline within the Compliance team.
- Preparing high-quality reports, presentations and updates for senior leadership.
- Supporting operational activities including budget tracking, invoices, team coordination and management reporting.
- Building strong relationships across Compliance, Legal, HR, Operations, IT and wider business teams.
Projects may include:
- Global compliance training programmes.
- Data privacy and regulatory change initiatives.
- Governance and accountability reviews.
- Strategic compliance and business improvement projects.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Significant programme or project management experience (ideally 5+ years).
- Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience working within large, complex or multinational organisations.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation capabilities.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, including creating polished executive-level presentations.
- Strong Excel, reporting and data analysis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset.
Desirable
- Experience within Compliance, Legal, Risk, Financial Services or another regulated environment.
- Experience supporting global transformation or change programmes.
- Project or programme management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or equivalent).
- Experience implementing governance and reporting frameworks.
