How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction. You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

General Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and patients to the practice
  • Manage appointment bookings and diary scheduling
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Support the veterinary and nursing teams with day-to-day practice operations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the client journey
Working Pattern

40 hours per week Opportunity to work as one full-time position or two part-time positions 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, 8:30am–12:00pm No out-of-hours commitments Flexibility to provide holiday and sickness cover when required.
