Our beautiful Peacehaven Clinic delivers advanced general practice services to clients on the coast but clients also benefit from the skill sets and facilities available at the Brighton hospital if required.
How You’ll Make a Difference
- To be the first line contact for clients and their pets within our practices and via telephone
- Triage emergencies & provide advice
- Relay all messages taken accurately & act in a timely manner
- Act in a courteous and professional manner at all times
- Welcome and register clients on arrival, make appointments
- Dispense medicines as directed by our Vets
- Take payments and cash up
- Social Media content management
- Complete referrals and other administration tasks
Working Pattern
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week with weekend & bank holiday work on rotation in Brighton. The main place of work will be New Priory Peacehaven, with weekend and holiday cover at Brighton and potential cover at Beech House for annual leave and sickness.
