We are seeking an enthusiastic, team‑orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse or 2nd year student to join our team at Robson & Prescott on a full‑time basis. As a mixed animal practice with a strong focus on exotics, our spacious hospital is located on the outskirts of Morpeth, Northumberland. We also have 7 branch surgeries across the region. Our award‑winning, purpose‑built hospital is fully equipped with 4 theatres, separate dental, imaging, and radiography suites, individual wards for cats, dogs, exotics, and small mammals, a hydrotherapy treatment room, and facilities for equine and farm animal hospitalisation.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high‑quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences. You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice. This is a full‑time role working 40 hours per week across 5 days with a share of weekend and optional out‑of‑hours shifts (additional pay available for those participating in the OOH rota). We are open to discussing part‑time working options to suit you.
