We have a fantastic opportunity for a Director of Practice to join our team. This role will allow you to take ownership of the strategic development and growth of the practice, nurture and develop the team, enhance client experience, and implement new ideas to support long‑term success.
How You’ll Make a Difference
As Director of Practice / Hospital Director, you will be responsible for the operational, commercial and people performance of one or more practices or hospitals, working closely with clinical leadership to deliver outstanding patient and client care. You’ll set and execute the strategic direction of the practice(s), lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the delivery of high standards across operations, client experience and business performance. This role plays a critical part in shaping culture, driving results and supporting sustainable growth.
Working Pattern
40‑hour week across 5 days
Flexible to rotate hours between 9 am and 7 pm
Management support across three sites
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the annual business plan
- Drive continuous improvement and change initiatives
- Manage the full P&L
