We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Amical Vets on a part-time basis. We are a friendly close-knit team who work as one, always supportive and encouraging one another. We pride ourselves on outstanding client and patient care. The successful person will work alongside 2 RVNs, 4 receptionists, an animal care assistant, Practice Manager and cleaner. The team is very close, and we enjoy creating a positive friendly working environment. As a practice we support many charities in the local area, such as Merrylegs, RSPCA and Cats protection.
How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction. You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
Working Pattern
The role is part time (25 hours) with various shifts, Monday - Friday 7:45am to 6:30pm. No weekends or out of hours are required.
