We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to lead our fulfilment operation, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched safely, accurately and on time.
You'll play a key role in balancing workloads, supporting your team, maintaining stock accuracy and driving operational performance across a busy ecommerce warehouse.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll lead the warehouse team to ensure stock is available when needed, customer orders are fulfilled within expected timeframes, and operational standards continue to improve.
How You’ll Make a Difference
As Warehouse Team Leader, you'll oversee the day-to-day performance of the warehouse operation, leading your team to deliver excellent service, maintain high levels of accuracy and ensure customer orders leave the warehouse on time.
Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll support continuous improvement, coach team members, monitor operational performance and help create a safe, efficient and positive working environment.
- Worki ng Pattern
- 40 hours per week across 7 days, including one weekend per month
- Monday - Friday, 11:00am - 7:30pm
- Weekend shifts between 7:00am - 3:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the warehouse team through coaching, 1:1s and performance reviews
- Plan shift resource to meet operational demand and maximise labour efficiency
- Ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately, on time and in full (OTIF)
- Monitor warehouse KPIs, including labour efficiency and dispatch performance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Ensure warehouse processes comply with Health & Safety, quality standards and audit requirements
- Work collaboratively with other departments and Team Leaders to maintain consistent working practices
- Oversee inbound and outbound stock processes, prescription dispatches and end-of-day courier activities

- The ability to prioritise workload, manage stakeholders and support team performance
- A valid Forklift licence
