About the Role
We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Marketplace Manager to take ownership of our marketplace strategy and accelerate growth across Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and future marketplace platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketplace professional who thrives on delivering commercial results, spotting growth opportunities, and building successful marketplace channels. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our marketplace strategy, driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and expanding our presence across established and emerging platforms. As Marketplace Operations Manager, you'll lead the development and execution of our multi-channel marketplace strategy, ensuring strong commercial performance across all platforms.
How You’ll Make a Difference
- Owning the day-to-day performance of Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop and future marketplace channels.
- Driving marketplace sales, revenue, margin and customer acquisition growth.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase product visibility, conversion and profitability.
- Managing listings, content, pricing, promotions and product launches across marketplace platforms.
- Identifying and evaluating new marketplace opportunities and leading successful launches.
- Monitoring marketplace performance, account health, customer feedback and compliance requirements.
