With annual sales exceeding £130 million and ambitious growth plans, we're looking for an experienced and driven Head of Logistics Operations to lead our warehousing, supply chain and logistics functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-volume operation, lead a team of around 50 colleagues, and play a key role in shaping the future of our customer experience.
The Role
As Head of Logistics Operations, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of our warehouse, logistics partners, facilities and stock operations. You'll ensure products move efficiently from supplier to customer while driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, employee engagement and outstanding service levels. Working closely with the Director of Operations, you'll help define and deliver the logistics strategy that supports our continued growth. You'd work in a hybrid manner, with 3/4 days on-site in Keynsham expected per week.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operational Leadership
- Lead and develop our warehouse, stock and facilities teams.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, fulfilment, returns, freight and courier management.
- Drive improvements in delivery performance, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety and operational regulations.
- Manage workforce planning to meet demand during peak trading periods.

- Inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams.

- Set clear objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.

What We're Looking For

- Proven leadership experience within logistics, warehousing, fulfilment or distribution.
- Strong track record of managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
