We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Manor Vets, Halesowen on a full-time fixed-term basis for 12 months. You will be expected to work at all 6 of our Manor (WM) sites: Halesowen, Northfield, Edgbaston, Shirley, Harborne & Cradley Heath. We are located in the West Midlands on the outskirts of Birmingham. All branches have great transport links into Birmingham city centre.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction. You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

The position will be based on 38hrs per week across a 12-week rota. Shifts will include mornings, afternoons, evenings and every other Saturday morning. Shifts will vary between 8.00-7.30pm. Bank holidays on a rota system.
