How You’ll Make a Difference
As Practice Manager, you will lead the non‑clinical operations of the practice, working closely with clinical leadership to ensure efficient day‑to‑day running, strong team performance, and an outstanding client experience. You’ll be responsible for operational delivery, people management, and compliance, while supporting the practice to achieve its performance, quality, and service objectives. This role plays a key part in creating a positive culture and enabling clinical teams to deliver excellent care.
- Lead, support, and develop the non‑clinical team while fostering a positive and collaborative culture
- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the practice to ensure efficient workflows and an excellent client experience from first contact through to follow‑up care
- Manage rotas, recruitment, onboarding, and team development
- Drive financial performance through budgeting, KPI monitoring, and service improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with RCVS standards, health and safety, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee facilities management, equipment maintenance, and stock control
- Handle client feedback professionally and proactively
- Support marketing and community engagement activities
- Co‑ordinate and drive social media campaigns
