Our Faversham practice is a purpose-built, spacious site with ample parking, large consult rooms, separate dog and cat waiting areas and is located next to a large pet store. It is easily located from the A2 with easy links to Canterbury, London and coastal destinations. Our smaller Whitstable practice has been recently refurbished and is located only a few minutes’ walk from a beautiful beach and many novelty shops and restaurants, with the local town also hosting the famous annual Oyster Festival.

How You’ll Make a Difference

We are seeking a proactive communicator who can confidently drive practice growth through the delivery of sales and promotions, all while maintaining a calm and welcoming front‑of‑house presence. The role requires balancing a fast-paced reception desk with phone inquiries, emails and essential administration. As you will be supporting clients through sensitive situations, resilience and empathy are vital; therefore, a background in veterinary or human healthcare is highly desirable. Your primary base would be at our Faversham practice with occasional travel required to our Whitstable practice, so a car is essential. The working hours are part‑time Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 18:30, with a 1-in-4 Saturday rota from 08:00 to 14:00. We value a healthy work-life balance, so there are no out-of-hours or bank holiday requirements.
