We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at De Montfort Vets on a full-time basis. De Montfort Vets is a thriving small animal practice located in the picturesque Worcestershire countryside. Our practice is committed to delivering outstanding patient care while ensuring a seamless and compassionate client experience.
How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction. You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
Working Pattern
Rota basis, working 8:00am-4:30pm or 11:00am-7:30pm 1 in 3 Saturdays, working 8:00am-1:00pm
