Our 4.5 Veterinary Surgeons are supported by 6 RVNs, 2 SVNs, a Clinical Coach and a dedicated Client Care team. Our nurses are highly experienced, with multiple certificates between them, and play a vital role in supporting the veterinary team. You'll enjoy clinical freedom, a varied caseload and opportunities to develop your own interests, whether through certificate study, specialist services or advancing your surgical expertise.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload. You’ll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice. You’ll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care and supporting the ongoing development of those around you.

Led by Clinical Director Andy and Deputy Clinical Director David, with more than 20 years of combined experience, our veterinary team is supported by 6 RVNs, 2 SVNs and a Clinical Coach. Each day begins with a structured ward round to review cases and plan the day, helping to ensure consistent, high‑quality care for every patient. We’re looking for a confident communicator who enjoys collaborating within a supportive team and is passionate about delivering exceptional veterinary care.

Working Pattern

  • 4‑day working week
  • Saturdays (8:00 am–2:00 pm) shared equally on a 2 in 6 rota
  • Equivalent to a 40‑hour working week
  • No out‑of‑hours, bank holiday or Sunday commitments
  • Part‑time applicants welcomed and happy to discuss individual requirements
