We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Scarsdale, Mickleover on a part-time basis.

Your role as Client Care Advisor will be for the south hub practices in Stapenhill, Hilton, Mickleover. The role will be very varied with no two days being the same. If you are looking for a challenge and the ability to make a difference, this is the role for you!

Work Pattern

You will be employed on a flexible contract of 17 hours per week. However, we would be happy to consider a job share. The shifts vary to fit in with the business need but will be between 8.30am and 7.00pm weekdays and 8.30am and 6pm on Saturday. The role requires the successful applicant to be able to work on a weekend rota. Rotas will be produced at least 4 weeks in advance and are subject to change due to the needs of the business.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction. You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Our outstanding Client Care team are there for our clients, answering the phone, welcoming them and their pets into the practice and ensuring they are looked after and have everything they need every step of the way. They are a professional, friendly, and dedicated team, and often the first contact with our clients so are vital to our business.
