Your role as Client Care Advisor will be for the south hub practices in Stapenhill, Hilton, Mickleover. The role will be very varied with no two days being the same. How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience at every interaction. You will be taking phone calls, making appointments, assisting clients with queries, reassuring clients, listening to their needs, taking payments, solving problems and generally 'being there' for our clients.
This is a flexible, part‑time role on a fixed‑term contract for 13 months working 18.5 hours per week. However, we would be happy to consider a job share. The shifts vary to fit in with the business needs but will be between 8.30 am and 7.00 pm Weekdays and 8.30 am and 6 pm on Saturday.
