Southern Counties Veterinary Specialists is a multidisciplinary referral centre based in Ringwood, Hampshire, offering a wide range of specialist veterinary services.

As part of our client accounts team, you’ll play an important role in supporting the financial administration of the practice and helping to deliver an exceptional experience for clients and referring practices.

How You’ll Make a Difference

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and enthusiastic administrator to join our client accounts team. Working alongside four experienced colleagues, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, organisation and accuracy are essential. You’ll work closely with clinicians and clients to support account management processes, ensuring efficient administration and excellent customer service while contributing to robust and financially sound decision‑making across the practice.

General Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clinicians regarding client accounts and account queries
  • Support debtor management processes across the practice
  • Price client accounts and issue invoices accurately
  • Process insurance claims and client payments
  • Complete cashing‑up procedures and BACS payments
  • Manage general office administration duties
  • Communicate confidently with clients regarding accounts and payment options
  • Support quality, accuracy and efficiency across financial administration processes

Working Pattern

Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. No weekends or bank holidays.
