We are seeking an organised, personable Veterinary Administrator to join our team at Dragon Vets on a full-time basis. Located in the heart of Cheltenham, renowned for horse racing and a thriving bar/restaurant scene, Dragon Vets is an established practice and has invested in specialist equipment including CT, DR, rigid/flexible endoscopy, high-end Doppler ultrasonography and well-equipped operating facilities including laparoscopic kits and TPLO kits, and much more. We have a team of 16 vets, 17 RVNS and 4 SVNs in various stages of their training.

How You’ll Make a Difference

We are seeking an organised, efficient and personable administrator to join our office team and support the practice manager. Responding to emails, client account queries, general staffing queries, and performing general administrative duties. Good IT skills are essential, as you will be required to use various applications and programmes.

Working Pattern

Up to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, however working hours can have some flexibility, working from our main Prestbury Park branch.
