How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Client Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction. You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

General Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients and clinical teams to deliver exceptional customer care
  • Meet and greet clients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Book appointments and manage clinician diaries
  • Manage telephone and email enquiries
  • Take payments for services and products
  • Manage cash handling and end-of-day banking processes
  • Prepare consultation rooms and maintain presentation standards
  • Support the opening and closing of the practice

As we operate across four branches, successful candidates may be required to provide cover at alternative sites. A full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle are therefore essential.

Working Pattern

Full-time permanent position 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Four full working days and one half day each week. 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:00am–4:00pm.
