Your duties/responsibilities will include:

  • Greet customers professionally and handle telephone inquiries promptly.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, including booking, cancelling, and rearranging.
  • Record, pass on, and follow up on enquiries.

This is a part‑time permanent role working 26 hours per week.
