About the Team

At Inspiring Vet Care, we're passionate about helping pet owners give their pets the best possible care. Our CRM team plays a vital role in delivering timely, relevant and engaging communications that support customers throughout their pet care journey.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organised CRM Executive to join our Customer Marketing team. If you're passionate about digital marketing, enjoy working with data and processes, and love seeing campaigns come to life, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a CRM Executive, you'll support the successful delivery of CRM campaigns and customer journeys across the UK and Ireland. Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Brand, Product and Operations, you'll help ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and in line with best practice

Key Responsibilities

* Supporting the planning, scheduling and delivery of CRM campaigns

* Building, testing and quality-checking CRM activity before deployment

* Maintaining campaign documentation, trackers and delivery records

* Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly

* Producing campaign performance reports and monitoring delivery success

* Supporting A/B testing and continuous improvement initiatives

* Ensuring compliance with GDPR and CRM governance processes

* Providing regular updates on campaign progress and escalating risks where required

Essential Skills & Experience

* Experience delivering CRM, email marketing or digital marketing campaigns

* Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail

* Experience using CRM or marketing automation platforms

* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high accuracy

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign results

* Comfortable working within established processes and compliance frameworks

* Collaborative team player with a proactive approach

Desirable

* Experience with Emarsys or similar CRM platforms

* Experience creating customer segments and audiences

* Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing

* Basic HTML and/or CSS knowledge

* Experience using reporting and analytics tools

* Knowledge of email marketing best practice

* Experience working in a customer-focused or regulated environmen
