We are a two-site practice located just 15 minutes apart, with one clinic in the picturesque village of Boston Spa and a second purpose-built branch in Garforth. Our clinics are well-equipped, enabling a wide range of cases to be managed in-house, with facilities including an in-house laboratory, X-ray, ultrasound, laparoscopy, and bronchoscopy.

You will be working alongside an experienced team of veterinary surgeons, including certificate holders, providing a high standard of patient care.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience at every interaction. You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications, and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey. This role is a fixed term, part-time 12 month contract working 20 hours per week over 2 days. Shifts will be 8.30am - 6.30pm with one hour for lunch Monday to Friday alongside 1:4 Saturday's 8.30am - 4.30pm.
