How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience at every interaction. You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications, and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
Your duties/responsibilities will include:
- Greet customers professionally and handle telephone inquiries promptly.
- Manage appointment scheduling, including booking, cancelling, and rearranging.
- Record, pass on, and follow up on enquiries.
This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week with one in four weekends of 15 hours plus work in the week to get to an average of 20 hours. Hours are fixed once established.
