Here at Stocks Veterinary Centre, part of inspiring vet care, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced people-focused Practice Manager to join our team on a fixed term basis to cover a period of maternity leave. The role would be split between both of our practices and is ideal for a confident leader who thrives on supporting, developing, and empowering teams, while also setting clear expectations, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement across the practice.
How You’ll Make a Difference
As Practice Manager, you will be the central point of leadership and accountability for the practice, ensuring both people and operations perform effectively and sustainably. You will hold overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the practice. While key team members manage elements of these areas, you will monitor outcomes, review performance data, and ensure standards are consistently met, stepping in where support, guidance, or corrective action is needed.
Working rota
40 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm
