We are looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis, working across six of our practice sites. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and working as part of a supportive team.
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll be managing busy telephone lines and scheduling appointments efficiently, while handling email correspondence and client enquiries with care and professionalism. Duties also include processing payments, managing stock, and assisting with account and insurance queries. The successful candidate will ensure the practice remains clean, organised, and well-stocked, provide administrative support to the team, and occasionally assist the clinical staff with non-clinical animal handling during consultations.

Shift pattern:This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. You must be flexible to work between 7:45 am and 7:15 pm, across a rota system, Monday to Friday. You will also partake in a Saturday rota.
