Veterinary Telephone Assistant

Park Vets are looking for a full time temporary (8 months) telephonist with some admin to join our Cardiff branch. Veterinary telephonists are a key part of a practice team in providing optimal patient care and customer service. Within their role, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients The ideal candidate would be friendly and empathetic with a drive to be part of a team aiming to provide the best possible care for our patients and clients in a busy veterinary practice. Previous experience of telephone and admin work is preferred but not essential with training provided for the successful applicant.

Salary is £12.21 per hour for a 40-hour week. Benefits are all pro-rata and include:
