Overview
We are hiring! Easipetcare is seeking a dedicated and organised Veterinary Receptionist / Client Care Advisor to join our team. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a professional and compassionate environment, supporting both clients and their pets with exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and their pets with professionalism and warmth.
- Managing appointments and client communications efficiently.
- Contributing to the smooth operation of the practice.
- Proficiency with computer software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
Rota / Schedule
The position is 32 hours per week, with Wednesdays off. You\\\’ll be required to work Saturday mornings on a one-in-three rota basis, with time given back in lieu.

The ability to remain composed and professional under pressure, combined with excellent communication skills, is essential.
