Veterinary Receptionist – FTC

IVC Evidensia – Veterinary reception position (fixed term until August 2026, with potential for a permanent contract thereafter).

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check‑in clients, take payments
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Address client queries and provide basic information
  • Perform administrative tasks (record keeping, email, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Previous reception or front‑desk experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence handling varied client interactions
  • Veterinary experience is an advantage but not essential

Shift pattern

  • Variable 5‑week rolling rota across two branches
  • Includes a 1 in 5 weekend rota – Saturday 08:30‑12:30
  • No out‑of‑hours shifts
