Veterinary Receptionist – FTC
IVC Evidensia – Veterinary reception position (fixed term until August 2026, with potential for a permanent contract thereafter).
Responsibilities
- Greet and check‑in clients, take payments
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Address client queries and provide basic information
- Perform administrative tasks (record keeping, email, etc.)
Qualifications
- Previous reception or front‑desk experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence handling varied client interactions

Shift pattern
- Variable 5‑week rolling rota across two branches
- Includes a 1 in 5 weekend rota – Saturday 08:30‑12:30
- No out‑of‑hours shifts
