Overview

We are seeking a friendly and experienced receptionist to join our fantastic and long-established Veterinary practice. This will be based across both our Basingstoke and Tadley Practices. As a small team, who are friendly and outgoing, you will be working closely with other receptionists and the clinical team. We are looking for a new member of staff to join us on a full-time basis initially on a 9-month fixed term contract which could potentially become permanent.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and their pets
  • Liaise with veterinary practices
  • Arrange appointments
  • Deal with inbound enquiries
  • Deal with billing and insurance claims
  • General administration tasks

About the Practice

ISFM accredited and a Silver-rated Cat Friendly small animal practice. Based in a great location with excellent links to the M3/M4. Basingstoke is well-connected by train and road, with local heritage and natural beauty nearby. We also welcome dogs to the workplace where space allows.

Shift Pattern

This is a part-time position and hours will vary Monday to Friday between 8 am – 6 pm with 1:3 rostered Saturdays between 7:45 am – 12 noon.
