Deane Vets are looking for a friendly and motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our supportive and experienced team of 7 RVN's on a 12-month fixed-term contract Maternity cover with the potential to extend. We’re a busy, thriving, well-loved small animal practice with a loyal client base, a friendly supportive and experienced team with passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
Working hours
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. Shifts are nine hours long, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break, and fall between 8:00am and 7:00pm. There is no weekday out-of-hours requirement. Weekend duty cover is required, with daytime weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am to 7:00pm on a 1-in-8 rota, and time off in lieu (TOIL) is given as a paid day the following week. Additionally, the role requires working every other Saturday from 8:00am to 1:00pm, with TOIL provided in the week before.
