Our practice handles a wide range of cases, mostly involving dogs and cats, with the occasional small furry. Role Overview
We have recently welcomed a new, friendly, experienced, and driven Clinical Director to lead our team. Under her leadership, the Clinical Director aims to increase utilisation of our nursing team, supporting them to perform Schedule 3 procedures. She has found the staff to be welcoming, relaxed, and a joy to work with, and they share the best interests of clients and patients at heart, with great client feedback.
Responsibilities
- Increase utilisation of the nursing team and support them to perform Schedule 3 procedures.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director to advance nursing skills and knowledge.
- Maintain high standards of patient care and client communication.
- Help expand and improve the practice’s online presence and educational outreach.
Work‑Life Balance
We believe in flexible working schedules to suit individual needs. The role offers full‑time hours (40 hrs/week over 5 days) and optional Saturday rota (09:00–11:00). We do not require out‑of‑hours or bank holiday work.
