IVC Evidensia is recruiting a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our part‑time team at Orby Vets. The role is a 4‑day week, 8.30 pm – 6.30 pm shift. No Saturdays, no bank holidays, no out of hours.

Role Overview
Orby Vets is a small animal practice in a small village just outside Skegness, Lincolnshire. The practice is RCVS core standards accredited and uses a local out‑of‑hours hub, so there are no out‑of‑hours requirements. The practice has a loyal client base and sees an array of cases. The team comprises RVNs and 2 SVNs.

- Perform veterinary surgery on small animals as a lead vet surgeon.
- Grow the team by providing high‑quality care and contributing to practice development.
