What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming clients and creating a positive, reassuring experience when they visit our practices.
- Supporting our clinical teams to ensure the practice runs smoothly.
- Using practice systems along with Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Travelling between practices to provide consistent support across our branches.
- Continuously learning and developing your skills as our services evolve.
About You
- Calm, compassionate and people-focused.
- Able to support clients during emotional or stressful situations.
- Organised and adaptable, comfortable working in a busy environment with changing priorities.
- A strong communicator; clear, patient and confident when speaking with clients and colleagues.
- Able to work across our branches.
- A full UK driving licence and reliable vehicle are essential.
- Flexible with working patterns, including weekends, as part of a rota.
- Experience in animal care or veterinary settings is helpful, but a positive attitude and excellent customer-service skills matter most.
Working Hours
This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week, scheduled across 7 days on a rotating pattern. Practice opening times vary, and some branches close at lunchtime.
