We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Abbeymoor Vet Clinic on a part‑time fixed‑term basis.
We have excellent facilities and equipment including a full operating theatre, digital radiography, an in‑house laboratory, a dental suite with digital dental radiography, ultrasound facilities and laparoscopic spay equipment. We also offer additional services including behavioural consultations, acupuncture and dedicated nurse clinics.
How you'll make a difference
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction. You'll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non‑clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
Working pattern
Working 29.5 hours per week over 5 days, 1 in 5 Saturday mornings.
