About the Role:
As a Product Manager , you’ll play a key role in managing and improving ITSM and LMS platforms to support our rapidly growing operations. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery, improve user experience, and ensure smooth IT and learning operations across the business.
- Oversee and optimise ITSM & LMS platforms
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance system capabilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements & deliver solutions
- Ensure seamless integration of IT and learning management systems
- Drive continuous improvement in IT services and training solutions
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing ITSM & LMS platforms
