We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Clinical Care Advisor (CCA) to join our fantastic team at Glenbrae Veterinary Clinic on a full-time basis.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the job and can fit in with the team. We want someone who will go the extra mile to provide a professional and personal service to each client as this is at the heart of the company\βs ethos.
Our ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will be confident, committed, and able to work well under pressure with exceptional organisational skills. A friendly manner and love for animals is also essential for this role. As this is a senior position, it is important that the successful candidate possess leadership skills as they will be responsible for overseeing their team of 8 CCAs. Due to the nature of this role, there will be a varied level of responsibilities, ranging from greeting clients and dealing with their enquiries, maintaining client records, taking payments and assisting with daily banking if required, a number of administrative duties including overseeing Pet Health Club membership, dairy management and maintaining key communications with clients and the work team.
The rota
The shift pattern will be a 38-hour working week which can be flexible over 4 or 5 days. Saturdays 1:2 with no OOH or Sundays.

Glenbrae has been established since 1990 and we are a busy 3-site practice with Tier 2 RCVS accreditation. We became part of the IVC Evidensia family in 2019 which has helped us by providing many opportunities for clinical excellence and development within our teams. Our mission is to provide outstanding conventional and holistic care from a local friendly and caring team. Our services include laparoscopy, dental radiography, ultrasonography including specialist input, endoscopy, digital radiography, laser therapy and acupuncture, stem cell therapy and a consultancy homeopathic service.
About the Team and Culture
We are a forward thinking, proactive team who care about our clients, patients, and each other. We actively promote a healthy mindset and wellbeing giving each other support both professionally and personally. Our clinics are situated in Bearsden, Dumbarton and Muirhead allowing us to serve a large area of clients. We are a team of 30, made up of 11 vets, 5 RVNs, 2 SVNs and 9 CCA\βs and other admin support staff. We have a visiting homeopath consultant and visiting ultrasonographer. We are proud to support our local communities and provide support at local galas and charity events.
