We are looking for an organised and customer‑focused administrator to join our established Client Care team. This fast‑paced role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively while delivering outstanding service to clients and veterinary professionals.
How You’ll Make a Difference
- Work closely with clients, insurance providers, clinicians and referring practices, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and appointments are coordinated smoothly.
- Oversee the practice email inbox, prioritise and respond to urgent communications.
- Provide professional telephone support to clients and referring veterinary practices.
- Arrange appointments for new referrals in a timely manner.
- Liaise with pet insurance companies regarding claims and enquiries.
- Review clinical histories and identify relevant information.
- Chase documentation and respond to clinician queries.
- Process client payments accurately.
- Support emergency case administration and coordinate urgent appointments.
- Work collaboratively with administrative and clinical colleagues across the referral centre.
Working Pattern
- Maximum of 40 hours per week.
- Shifts scheduled between 7:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
- One‑hour lunch break.
- Shared weekend and bank holiday rota.
