Overview

At Swift Referrals, we’re a community of passionate professionals committed to delivering exceptional care. We invite applications from compassionate and motivated RVNs to join us as a dedicated Weekend Nurse.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding care to both emergency and inpatient cases, including first opinion and referral patients.
  • Work closely with emergency clinicians to provide high-quality emergency treatment and manage patients in intensive care, as well as those hospitalised for referral care.
  • Be part of a collaborative team of nurses, ACAs and vets, focused on delivering the highest standard of nursing care.
  • Support across other disciplines and emergency situations as needed, contributing to a versatile team environment.

What you’ll bring to our team

  • RVNs of all experience levels are welcome; we recruit based on attitude and aptitude, with full training and support provided for new team members.
  • Commitment to our vision and values: care with integrity and transparency, with patient wellbeing at the heart of what we do.
  • Emergency or out-of-hours experience is desirable; additional qualifications (e.g., CertECC or similar) are beneficial.

Working pattern

This part-time role consists of 30 hours per week, scheduled as three 10-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Salary

Up to £17.94 per hour DOE
