About The Role
As a Transformation Project Manager, you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of our unified brand rollout across UK & Ireland veterinary practices. You’ll be responsible for ensuring change is implemented effectively, on time and within budget all while maintaining a smooth experience for colleagues and avoiding disruption to patient care. You’ll work closely with the Implementation Programme Director, Programme teams, Central Operations, Technology, Marketing, Pricing and Communications to ensure successful delivery. Your role will be crucial to ensure that we can implement these important and complex changes positively and effectively, enabling us to fulfil our regulatory obligations and make a smooth transition to new ways of working.
What You'll Do
- Own and maintain project plans, managing scope, timelines and change control.
- Deliver the unified brand rollout across UK & Ireland clinics to time, quality and cost.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally and manage matrixed teams effectively.
- Ensure empathetic and supportive change delivery within clinical environments.
- Track and communicate progress, risks and issues to senior stakeholders.
- Work with SMEs, Training and Communications teams to support smooth adoption.

Essential Experience- Experience delivering cross‑functional change across multiple sites/regions.
- Strong programme controls and governance experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — from clinic teams to senior leaders.
- Comfortable operating within complex, matrixed organisations.
- Good understanding of project delivery frameworks and where to apply them.
- Highly resilient, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Excellent IT skills, including advanced PowerPoint & Excel.
- Experience in operational or regulatory change.
- Background in clinical, multi‑site, PE‑backed or high‑growth environments.
