We are currently seeking a Patient Pathway Nurse to join our exceptional team of RVNs at Hamilton Specialist Referrals.
Hamilton Specialist Referrals was born of the belief that there is room for a new wave of veterinary excellence across the UK.
There is a strong focus on providing a personal and reassuring client experience from first contact through to discharge.
Excellent clinical care delivered in a friendly and supportive manner to referring vets is paramount to the team.
The hospital is operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is able to offer the most advanced treatment options available for orthopaedic, neurology, soft tissue, and internal medicine cases.
We have a dedicated Imaging suite, which includes a 16-slice CT scanner, 1.5 Tesla MRI, fluoroscopy, separate radiography and ultrasound room.
How You’ll Make a Difference As a Patient Pathway Nurse, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service and seamless patient care coordination.
From admission to discharge, you’ll be the central liaison, ensuring clear, compassionate communication with clients and working closely with clinicians and the Clinical Administration team.
Clinically, you will be based predominantly within our Wards team, providing high standards of care to a range of complex referral cases.
Working Pattern 23hrs/week Working 07:30-19:30 Monday
