A vacancy has arisen at our Chapelfield Vets! We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our team as a veterinary receptionist.
Responsibilities:
- Book in clients and small animal consultations
- Take payments and answer telephones
- Organise vets and nurses' diaries
- Handle medications and administrative tasks
- Provide holiday/sickness cover at Wymondham, Costessey, Long Stratton and Brooke branches
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Initiative and confidence in time management, problem solving and organisation
- Good computer skills
- Geographical knowledge of Norfolk (beneficial)
Training:
- Training courses will be provided online
- Candidate should have a full UK driving licence
Shift Pattern:
Entails 19.5 hours comprising Mondays 8 am − 2 pm, Wednesdays 8 am − 2 pm and Fridays 8:30 am − 5:30 pm, with a half hour lunch unpaid. This is also inclusive of Saturdays on a 1/6 TOIL basis.
Salary: £0 − £0 per year (subject to experience). Up to £12,423.80 DOE.
