Taverham Veterinary Hospital is entering an exciting phase of expansion, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a large, forward-thinking hospital team. Alongside our main hospital, we also operate branch practices at Longwater Lane and Bure Valley, providing a blend of advanced clinical care and strong client continuity. Our hospital is equipped with excellent facilities including a CT scanner, dental suite, four operating theatres, dedicated cat and dog wards, and isolation facilities. We also offer hydrotherapy, physiotherapy and a veterinary‑led cattery, creating a varied and progressive clinical environment.

How You’ll Make a Difference
- As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high‑quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences.
- You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice.
- Support anaesthesia, surgery and diagnostic procedures.
- Deliver high‑quality inpatient care and patient monitoring.
- Run nurse consultations and provide preventative healthcare advice.
- Assist with laboratory work and diagnostic processes.
- Work collaboratively across hospital and branch settings when required.
- Work a 4‑day week, totalling 38.5 hours, with a shared weekend rota and no out‑of‑hours commitments.
