Celyn Vet Group have three, well-established Veterinary practices based in Holywell, Prestatyn & Abergele. Our well-equipped practices include 2 vet consult rooms, a theatre and prep room, ultrasound, digital and dental x-ray, Idexx lab facilities, and multi-parameter monitoring equipment. You’ll be joining a skilled team of 4 Vet Surgeons, 4 RVNs, 1 ACA, and 5 Receptionists, all supported by our Head RVN and Practice Manager.

We are very lucky to be based in the beautiful location of North Wales. We are spoilt with natural beauty from beaches to blissful country walks. Snowdonia and the Lake District are also easily commutable. We also have great transport links to Chester, Liverpool and Manchester for those who enjoy the bigger cities.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload. You’ll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice. You’ll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care and supporting the ongoing development of those around you. You will be primarily based at our Holywell site but there is the opportunity to work across all 3 sites to provide plenty of variety. In return we ask that you’re a confident communicator, willing to collaborate within the team to help our patients and are passionate about veterinary care.

Working Pattern

Working 2 days per week: Wednesday and Thursday: 9am-6pm. 1 in 4 Saturday working would also be required 8am-midday. No Bank Holiday, OOH or on call work required.
